Use it kindly

Cute Gestures is a small free tool for sending personal, heartfelt messages to people you care about. By using it, you agree to use it that way.

Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, or anything intended to harm or scare the recipient.
• Impersonation of someone else.
• Sharing sexually explicit material, especially without consent of the person depicted.
• Sharing photos of people who have not consented to being photographed and sent.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's.

We may remove content and accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You grant us permission to store and display your gesture to the recipient via the unique link you share. We don't use your content for anything else.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but Cute Gestures is provided “as is” without warranties. We aren't responsible for loss of data or for the consequences of how a recipient reacts to a gesture you sent.

Free tier limits

The service runs on free hosting tiers. We reserve the right to set reasonable usage caps (e.g., number of published gestures per account, photo storage per gesture) and to enforce the auto-purge schedules described in our Privacy page.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
